Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations

Each year, Wayne Highlands School District coordinates with the Pennsylvania State Police and the Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations to coordinate a canine search conducted by the Narcotics Detection Canine Handler Unit. The canine search was conducted this morning, Tuesday, November 6, 2018. It was successfully completed with no findings. This process is an additional attempt by the District to be proactive in maintaining a safe and secure learning environment.
