Welcome you to the Wayne Highlands School District website! It is a tremendous honor to be the Assistant Superintendent of Schools at Wayne Highlands. I am proud of our district’s rock-solid reputation of academic performance and the vast amount of extra and co-curricular activity offerings for our students. Our students are the top priority, and as a school community, we take pride in giving them our absolute best.
We strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment that empowers ALL students to achieve their full potential as life-long learners, recognizing that in healthy communities, everyone plays a vital role. I admire the dedication and hard work of our board, teachers, staff, and students. Coupled with wonderful parents and the greater community, we have a solid support system where our students can succeed and reach their dreams.
Over decades in the profession and through years of reflection, I have learned that building RELATIONSHIPS, finding the profound in SIMPLICITY and persisting with a laser-tight FOCUS on the mission, results in success. Encouraging a growth mindset across Wayne Highlands, from students to adults, builds a thriving and winning culture.
